DISCLAIMER: I'm .... slightly bored at the moment >_>. *cough* ----------------------------------- Since it's been a while since we/I (the mods) have used the news fader, I've been messing with it lately. Thing is... there really isn't any news. So I've just been putting random stuff in there. (Ok... even when we used the fader more often it often was just random stuff .) Lately, I've been putting song lyrics into the fader. So here's where you all come in. It's time for the, "Where does that song come from?" Game! Wooo! Post here your guesses on where the lyrics up in the fader came from. TV series? Video game? Movie? Radio? Be specific if you can . First person who guesses where the song came from and other such tidbits gets.... um... well, a feeling of pride! Now guess away all! And good luck!

1 point for Ssteiny! Yeah! A point system! What the heck.
And yeah, I've been watching syndicated episodes of That 70's Show a lot lately, so that's why it was in my head.
Next fader will be worth... 2 points. Simply because there will be misspelled words and it's only part of the song (and slightly older.)
Give me a sec to post it up all ^^ .

WOO! It's been such a while since Animaniacs have been on the air, I was worried no one would get that. Animaniacs was ever so awesome ^___^ .
*ahem*
Ah, lets see, got to think of a new song... It'll be up in a bit, I need to look something up first. (And dear god, Naruto is distracting.)
Oh yeah, and two points to Gus!

In the Land of Twilight Under the Moon, performed by See-Saw, composed by Kajiura Yuki.
You're right, that was easy... All I had to see was "we dance for the idiots"

I ussually sing that song to myself when I'm depressed . *cough* Anyways, RIGHTO! Dessa gets one point! Alright then, the next song is worth 2 points. This one is a little tougher. It's actually a PARODY of another song. The winner of this round has to name the original tune the parody is sung to. Bonus points (about half points) are awarded for more information. Such as the name of the parody song, and what the parody song is talking about etc... If clue's are needed, feel free to ask . EDIT: Oops, I forgot to mention that I'm going to be editing a few words out of the lyrics that made things too obvious.

**clears throught**
Again, I saw one line and knew it.
"Catch You Catch Me Dub Parody," originally performed by Gumi, parodied by Stnp99, originally done on the Cardcaptors Uncensored message board.
Full lyrics of the song:
Went to see it And when I saw it It was lousy ((this was the line that I saw that gave it away)) And it made me sick Got the fansubs And made a fandub And I started a 'hate nelvana' club
But still (but still) But still (but still) I'm sorry to see Cardcaptors go I know it's trash But now it's gone What do we have to whine about online?
Look it's going going leaving leaving that way! Now we all know nelvana didn't care It was bad to see you worse to meet you morons SakURa also Madison and don't forget the rest of them Into into into the breeze "I sense Clow Cards" Li. PUHLEEZE!
"I sense a Clow Card!"
Let's see, more information... the song is 1:33 minutes long, 1126400 bytes in size, MPEG 1.0 Layer 3, 96kbit, 3595 frames, 44100Hz Joint Stereo, and the header is found at 896 bytes. Oh, and the filename is cycm.mp3

Dang Des ^^; ! Ok, 4 points for that. Heh, I kind of figured Cardcaptor Takato would of gotten that one if he noticed it. I forgot that you were around in the CCU days too. Heh heh. Here's the link to the song for the curious, Cardcaptors Elegy (it's near the bottom of that page.) For the curious, the song was written by a CCU board member named "50-something Sensei," it was written when the US broadcast of Cardcaptors was taken off the air. The "I sense a Clow card" at the veeeery end of the parody song always cracked me up. It's the delivery. Hmmmm.... Gotta think of another song now....
