Kay, I haven't been on this board for a loooooooong time due to RL reasons and I'd like to declare that I'm not quite dead yet.
So, first of all hi again everyone

Now moving on to the main subject, as stated in the thread title the london expo is this weekend (28 & 29 Oct) and I (being only interested in the Anime +manga part of the event) just got back from the first day and the excitement is still dying down. ;D
I was just really pleasantly surprised to see how much anime and manga has a impact on this side of the ocean as-well since its not really advertised that much (4kids stuff does not count) and we don't get as many Con's as the US so it was really enjoyable to see so many people there, most of them in cosplay too. ( I saw two Yoh's and one Anna if your wondering, one of which was a real couple).
I actually felt like dying by mid-afternoon due to not getting any sleep the previous night and getting up at 8am this morning to travel to the expo which lasted from 9am to 6pm (I stayed the entire time), but it was all worth it in the end since I also managed to snag a signed poster from Aaron Dismuke (Alphonse Elric), Tara Platt (Temari) and Yuri Lowenthal (Uchiha Sasuke) who made guest appearances.
So all in all a great day.
I was just left wondering if any other UK residents of this board also attended today or are going to attend tomorrow.
