Giving 4Kids my 2 cents!

I am sick and tired of the awfull dubs that 4Kids has been doing to shows like Shaman King, Yu-Gi-Oh, etc, so I'm gonna do something about it. I am composing a letter for 4Kids, politely mentioning how many people are POed about the jobs they've been doing on the dubs, and asking them to at least try to change. It's already about five pages, and I'm not even halfway done. The letter points out many of the problems we, the viewers, have with the dubs, and pointing out examples from these shows. Also, I'm going to be making an online petition to send to them, just to see if they get the picture. Wish me luck!

Now a days, online petitions aren't worth the paper they were written on.
However, recently a very responsilbe letter campaign has been started asking for a release of a Subtitle/Uncut Tokyo Mew Mew.

However, given the specs, this letter campaign can be used for us to ask for a subtitled release of Shaman King as well. Basically, the more letters the better.

The rules are up at the site I linked to. Basically they state to be polite, and only write concerning shows that you are willing to purchase if they are released subtitled/uncut.

I plan to post the link on my site sometime too. It's just that I haven't been able to work on writing an update lately due to my cold and school ^^;.

This isn't a bad idea... I think I'll put this up on my board as a suggestion about Digimon.

Though the chances of Disney letting go of digimon in any form is remote.

I honestly don't think that the 4kids Shaman King is that bad. I enjoy watching it, as noobish as it seems. Though I haven't seen the undubbed one.

I'm sorry, but I have alot to say to 4 kids (and none of it is good). They did alot of bad dubbing !!! A lot of my brain cells shrunk from watching their dubs. If there's a petition, I'll sign it!! Just tell me where!

Want to voice your displeasure? Than send a snail mail letter. It carries a LOT more weight.

Besides, with email, you get a reply that says "All emails are read". You can't get a reply like that from a letter, without them lying. Or lying as much...

The problem is that not all snail mail is taken into consideration. Usually, you just get a form letter reply that probably took the writer two minutes to fill out.
