Yeah, I love the part with the hair poking...He should have used that as a weapon episodes ago!
I looked it up, "White Pheonix" and "Black Raven" are pretty close if not exact translations of the horse's names. ^_^

Just a side note. I just read the Episode Comparisons for ep 20, and wantet to comment that Amidamaru doesn't call Yoh sama, but dono. Which really is sorta the same thing... I believe he calls Ren Sama though, but I can't remember -.-

I love esp 20! The result of the fight was surprising! At first, I thought Ren lost to Yoh, which was so shocking. You know, I'm a Ren obsessed fan, so I was kind of disappointed at first. But then... OMGWTFOMG???  Yoh turned his face and explained what just happened with a funny facial expression. XD They tied and that makes me so happy! |

I know that no one has posted in this for over a year but I thought I would since this was the first full episode of the show that I saw. I'll be honest about it: I was totally confused. About Silva and his talking animals, about why these two kids were fighting about 'furyokuu' (how I thought it was spelt) and this Oompa Loompa who was around.
Then it got even more confusing when after they were done fighting, Yoh has his enemy come over to his house. This would have been the point where I said, "This is stupid...this is stupid."
I'm glad I didn't. I stuck with it and it was funny. Poking people in the eye with your hair was just laugh out loud funny.
The whole briefs under boxers thing confused me a bit. I was like, "Is that how they do it in Japan?" and Ren and Horo's dialogue between the two was just hilarious.
After this episode I was an avid viewer.
PS: What is a 'birdie chest'?

I would guess so. Until they end the series. But they run though episodes very quickly. Sometime like 5 episodes a week.

It is a channel in Canada. I think more Eastern than Western. But I am not sure since I don't live there.
