Discuss the episode comparison of Shaman King episode 24.*cough* erm... not that there is so much to say, being that's it's been so long since this episode aired. But uh... it's a site update anyway so there ! On another note, this comparison actually has some mp3 files for you all to download so I suggest checking it out ^_~ .

Hey, it's better than nothing, right? :D
Dude... *laughs hysterically at HoroHoro flipping En off* I'm SO making an icon out of that...
Hm, there's really not much for me to comment on, seeing as there really wasn't much changed. Well, aside from the Asian characters and Brave Heart being dropped. But... yeah. :D

Hmm, I thought that anime characters pulled down their eyelids when they were flipping someone off? Eh, anyway, doesn't Rai mean "thunder" instead of "lightning"?(yes, I'm nitpicky :P)

The one huge shame for me was them dropping "Braveheart". I love that song, one of my favorites. But then, with the lyrics, they'd have to admit that the show was Japanese.

Yeah, true. The least they could do was play the background music, if nothing else. :\

True, at least some of the song could've been retained.

I think Houraiken means something like 'Sword of Lying Thunder' because Hou=Lie Rai=Thunder Ken=sword
I think.

I think I'm going to have to partially disagree with that translation.
First hou isn't lie, rai in katana form would be lie. But I'm assuming this is all in hirigana.
Rai can be found in either forms of thunder or lightning so it probably is either thunder or lightning.
Hou has a bunch of different meanings. Probably depends on how it is used. hou = imitate, follow, emulate, punishment, retribution, way, gun, male pheonix bird, divide
So raiken would be sword of thunder/lightning. Houraiken...hmm...i think punishment fits ok... So, "sword of punishing thunder/lightning"?

I'm a little shabby on my Japanese so I can see how I messed up on my translating there.
