I really don't think bothering 4kids about something like this is going to help anything.

You realise the address was easily aquirable at The Mew Mew Alliance right? And I even mentioned it on this site once. I did send them a (polite) letter showing my interest in an uncut Mankin sub back in the day. I don't know if the letter campaign had any effect, but they WILL be releasing it uncut now, so the're really isn't anything else for us to write about. The best way to support Shaman King now is to buy the legit DVDs ;D.

They haven't been released yet. Check the front page of the site or the thread that is conveniently titled "UNCUT SHAMAN KING DVD'S!"

A few years ago I sent a letter to Buena Vista about their Sailor Moon VHS release. I even drew them a picture. They wrote me back and even commented on my drawing. They also enclosed a listing of the merchandise they sold with ordering information.
I just recently wrote to Bandai's customer service to get a replacement DVD since part of it was skipping and we just purchased it. They sent me back a generic form letter as a response on what to do with the product.
So I guess my point is, it probably depends on the company and how they want to cater to their fans on how well they respond back. And also what you write to them. I didn't really expect any real life response from Bandai, and heck, I really didn't even expect a response at all from Buena Vista. I think it came a few months after I sent the letter too, so I had forgotten I had even written them.
But I think writing to a celebrity is going to get you completely different responses than a company. Most celebrities are so busy and get tons of fan mail that they just don't have time to read and respond to it all.
