Uncut DVD 3 (Spoilers kinda)

I'm sorry if someone's already pointed this out, I'm too lazy to check.

I think the reason it's being delayed is because Horohoro shows up. Since they keep the dub names in the english language version, that means Horo should keep the name Trey. However, Trey is only a nickname he uses in the dub. Up till now, they've been using the exact same (often inaccurate) subtitles for both the english and japanese languages and only changed the names. I'm wondering how they'll handle this, will they keep his real name in the english version, will he simply not say that horohoro's his real name, or will they stop being lazy and make separate subtitles already?

Also, though it's off topic somewhat, I'm wondering how they'll handle Chocolove's name both in the DVDs and the manga. After all, having a black character named Chocolove is kinda pushing it, and I wonder if they'll keep it.

I thought it was being done by Funimation. Not the show, but the DVD's.

It's being distributed by Funimation, but apparently the subtitling and scripting and all the rest is being handled by 4kids.

And yeah, we already have an easy to find thread about this topic in the Shaman King forum so I'm going to lock this.
