I think it should be ok, 4kids has already shown it. But then again they might make a quick move and do something stupid with it.

Seriously, there is nothing to worry about. It was in the preview, and as I said before, people in the Jetix thread said it was left in. Not only that, but for two episodes, it shows Yoh's spirit traveling through Hao before coming back, so 4Kids would have to do crazy editing to cover up the soul eating scene.
