EDIT: going through more thoroughly... Bobobo, Sakano from Gravitation, Zechs from Gundam, Kosaburo/Butch from Pokemon (Man, once I rented Japanese Pokemon all those years ago there was no turning back.)
I can't picture 4Kids having broken even on their investment on Shaman King yet, with the redubbing and editing and such, so some sort of DVd release beyond the TCG promo one makes sense. Of course we're talking about 4Kids.
