Erm, not sure of the Fan art but I do know that Shaman King manga in Asia is all translated...I think. Anyway, you really shouldn't have bought the manga if you didn't know how to read it, unless you like pictures a lot. ;D just kidding. i did that numerous times. There was this website which translated them...err, I'll be back with the address. I'm working on translating them too, but I need to do it fast. ^^
Do you know a second language? If you do, chances are there are manga in that language. I've read them in Korean. ;D ;D

I have no clue where to find Mankin scanslation. It would be hard though because the manga has been liscenced in the US.
About the fanart, I'm not sure whether you mean the real yaoi or just plain shonen-ai. However, suppose you mean boyxboy in general, I have to say that I'm sorry. If you don't like shonen-ai (or may be yaoi too) then you have missed out A LOT of good Japanese websites. I don't like any straight SK couples much(especially YohAnna/AnnaYoh), so I can't direct you to a non-boyxboy. One of the (pro) artists I admire most is Shin Ayuma, but this artist also draws shonen-ai.
Shaman King main characters are mostly males, so it's inevitable that shonen-ai/yaoi sites outnumber heteor sites.

i know a place! ;D ********************* its only up to volume 7 though....and sometimes volume 4 doesnt work...>__< and the sites in spanish, so if you dont know spanish this is what you do: click -manga- on the top....(obviously...  ) then click the ones to the left where it says "en ingles" and then just start downloading...oh one more thing....you need WinZIP... theres also music ;D (musica) but silent weapon is like volume 4 it doesnt work sometimes...if your going to download music you also need winZIP for that...and you have to click the first 4 of the opening/ending themes...unless you wanna hear them in spanish Edit: Sorry!
