well this is my case... i live in sweden and we get like 3anime's registrerd evry 10years lol
so my question is can a freind or someone else send shaman king episodes to me from us would it be legal or ilegal then? im curius sens i had shaman king once but some ass sat down on my dvd's *cries*

You should be able to purchase the DVDs off of some place like Amazon or Ebay once they are released I would imagine. Although, you probably would need a DVD player that plays all region DVDs then.
As for legality...I couldn't tell you. People purchase stuff from other countries all the time. I think you may need to check with the rules on what you can and cannot import into your country just to be safe before you order.

well i know i can import it etc but i was mostly thinking it this way..... if my freind in us got it and sends me the file by internet is it still legal then?

If the show is not licensed in your own country and you don't want to import DVDs, then fansubs can be downloaded instead without any problems. Once it is licensed in your country, you should delete your fansubs and purchase the DVDs, because the fansubs would then be considered illegal to have. If your friend decides to rip stuff off of a licensed DVD though, then that would probably be considered illegal since you aren't suppose to do that...but I'm not sure how they would actually catch him unless he was serving it to everyone on the net.

well we have licensed sailormoon pokemon and digemon in sweden lol that's all licensed anime in sweden lol so it would suprice me if it starts now
