Who, me? Yeah, it is a sin, but I was just joking and besides, I don't wanna die just yet anyway (I haven't beaten NFS: U2 yet); my sister tried to comit suicide.

Well, yeah, we kind of DO have an odd family. There are 7 people in my family (oldest to youngest):
Dad: 53
Mom: 49
Ethan: 22
Keenan: 20
Hayley: 18
Candy (the one that tried to comit suicide): 16
me, Reuben: 14
The worst thing is that she tried to comit suicide by de-hydrating herself, how stupid is that?

Someone telling us that she posted a message saying that "I will give myself one month", so she had been de-hydrating herself for 3 or 4 days by the time we found out. And if she did de-hydrate herself, she would've passed-out and been taken to the hospital and the doctor(s) would've said she was severly de-hydrated (ect...), and my parents would've found out eventually. A guy called the cops when he found out what Candy was supposedly doing (she was: planning on comiting suicide), and they came and my mom said that she tought the cops were gonna take Candy away; Candy tought the cops were gonna take her away in hand-cuffs.#nosmileys#nosmileys

Don't worry about it. Just be more careful in the future. If the subject is being lost, then steer it back. PM's would be the best way to handle something as serious as the subject of your sister too. I hope I haven't offended you in anyway AnimeFanatic.

I don't think that Ren's really suited to anyone from Shaman King... No sodomy <yaoi, incest>... that knocks of half of the options... Let's see... that leaves Pirika, Anna, Mari, and Tamao.
-Anna is married, so Ren wouldn't do anything to mess with that.
-Tamao loves Yoh.
-Pirika just doesn't fit as a personality match to me... even if some fanfics make it work...
-Mari... hmmm. Mari... personality wise... I guess it's okay... but I won't vote that way because *spoilers* Mari dies. At least, in the manga. Too much unhappiness for Ren-sama in that...
And therefore... Kuroi votes no one.

I voted Ren/Horohoro for several reasons.
1, they're cultural outsiders. If Shaman King was made in the United States, Ren would be British and Horohoro Native American. And Japanese culture, beyond its samurai period having male bisexuality similiar to that of Ancient Greece, is more permissive of gaijin behavior. If you look at most canon (or heavily alluded-to) shonenai/yaoi, it's among gaijins. The leads of Fake are both Americans, one of whom has a Japanese parent. Yuki of Gravitation is initially mistaken for a foreigner. Bisexual cardcaptor Syaoran is Chinese, possibly with English ancestry as well. So it's easier for me to read it among an Ainu and Chinese, or two NYPD cops or a Russian and a Chinese catboy.
2, if either Horo or Ren were female, they'd be written up even more in ff given the intensity of their rivalry and friendship. I don't think anyone would doubt them being a canon couple.
3, Don't believe in incestous, extramarital, bestial, underage or non-monogamous relationships for religious reasons. But if two people in this world want to make a home and can't have children, they can adopt.
