I know that Ren left for America with the others after the Tao En arc, but where did Jun go? Did she stay with her family all that time before going to find her brother? If so, why would she stay with somebody as dangerous as En? Please tell me where you think she was.

Setsumi is refering to the time BEFORE Jun joined up with Anna's group.
But yeah, as the ending episode shows, Jun get's along fairly well with her family. So I don't doubt she was just hanging out there for a while.
Remember, besides being kind of depressed, En became kind of normal after being defeated by Yoh and the others.

Yes, Lovely, but he was never truly redeemed. Even if he was, why would Jun stay in a place where the only experiences she had were unpleasant ones?
