Question about a certain pic.

I've recently started my own Yahoo group, (shameless plug) and I'm wondering about a certain pic. You see, I have uploaded a bunch of pics from CLAMP to my Yahoo group last night and was suddenly wondering if it was ok or not to use other pics I've got from Google on my Yahoo group. From what I've been told, it's ok to use official art, just now fanart, but I have a question about this one particular pic of :Chii
(Please pardon me for the long url; that's how it showed up). You see, I can't tell if that pic above is fanart or official art. If the link doesn't work above, go to my link to the main page of my Yahoo group, go to the Chobits photo album and click on the pic of Dark Chii. Does anyone know if this pic is official artwork or is it fanart?

I know I've seen that picture before. I just can't think where...

I did a google image search and found that same picture used as a wallpaper. It doesn't look like fanart, but I could be mistaken.

It kind of looks like a combination of fanart and official. The image looks familiar, but Clamp has a tendency to put more work in thier backgrounds.
Well, I don't know, sorry ^^; .
