I saw the new Fushigi Yugi release in Best Buy from Geneon. They are doing a seperate DVD release now so you don't have to cry over paying $180 for each of the season box sets. The first dvd has 7 episodes for $20.99. Not too bad of a price and not too bad of an episode count.

And I highly recommend this series if you have never seen it.

I'm really glad Geneon is finally doing this! Now, it'll actually be affordable to buy Fushigi Yuugi! I've read the first volume of the manga and really loved it, so maybe I'll check out the anime sometime.
