Anyway, are there any fans of Kinnikuman Nisei here?The dub name is Ultimate Muscle, if that's more familiar to you.I myself really like it...........

The other day I was at Boarders, browsing the manga section for Tokyo Mew Mew and I found a Kinnikuman Nisei manga, translated by VIZ/Shounen Jump or whatever they are.I was really dissappointed..........they were using the dub names and I'm not really sure how much I could trust it becuase I had no parts of the original manga in Japanese to (rather crappily) transulate and compare with.

Anyway, if there are any Kinnikuman Nisei fans, do any of you know of any KN sites?Preferably ones with sub-dub comparisons........I couldn't find any.......I mean, at all.........not just ones with comparisons......it seems that KN just isn't very popular..........*frown-pout*

I kinda enjoyed the anime and I did already make a thread of Ultimate Muscle under anime on tv.

I think one reason it didn't do so well, aside from the fact that it is no longer airing because the anime finished, is it was way too bizarre for some. Especially the butt face Mr. Cheeks.

He was rather funny though. ;D

I think it didn't do well becuase it was a sequal to an anime, Kinnikuman, which never showed in the US, so no one could really follow it who knew nothing about it.......including me.I've been researching it lately, though, because I did think it was intresting.I like Gazelle man.Oh, I just know I didn't spell that right.....

I'm a wrestling fan, so I really enjoyed Kinnikuman. Sucks that Ultimate Muscle ended earlier this year.

I missed the last episode of it........it was on at the same time as YuuGiOu Duel Monsters, so I had to watch that.........my brother made me............

did 4kids ever release any Kinnikuman Nisei DVDs?It was pretty good, methinks, for a 4kids dub, anyway.
