It's a program to use to chat on IRC (internet relay chat). The program allows you to download media like mp3s and movies from channels. I find it's good for finding hard to find anime mp3s and some fansubs.

The problem with using this to get files is that you need to know the commands to type in. It reminds me of DOS. If your in a fserv you have to type in commands to change directories like: cd directoryname. Once you get used to it it is easy to use. But you really have to be careful about viruses because people can send you anything on there.

I have gotten so many viruses from that program that I will never get it again. I had to reformat my hard drive and lost all my SK stuff!!
