Well, here's my review of the VAs...
Sakura- I did see the episode with Kolulu of Zatch Bell, and I can hear that voice doing Sakura decently (if she tries to sound older, and not like a 5 year old, which Kolulu was). Perhaps I'll snitch vanman's Scrapped Princess DVD and listen to Zephiris' voice, since that'll be closer to Sakura's voice.
Naruto- Don't know any of these roles, so...
Sasuke- Serph's voice was done really well in DDS, so I think this one will work. I'll have to pop in my RELOAD DVD and check Goku's voice in that (should probably watch RELOAD anyway... brush up on Goku, since I'm playing him in ressy's RP).
Kakashi- I'm so glad it's not Steve Blum... I don't care for his voicework much... Dave Wittenberg, though... I can hear it. He'll have to try to deepen his voice a little from Allen, but it should work.
Hinata- I seem to remember meeting a character named Shion in Zatch Bell, but I can't place it... no comments on this one.
Tsunami- ((what character is this? Tazuna's daughter?)) Don't know any of these voices...
Ino/Konohamaru- I can hear Konohamaru's voice being done like Suzy on Zatch Bell... Granted, it won't be Ikue-san, but... For Ino... I guess KOS-MOS (episode 2) wouldn't be bad...
Asuma- According to IMDB, it's Musica/Balmung... I thought they were voiced by someone else... but if it is the same person, this'll work.
Gato- Don't know any of the voices, but.. it's not like he has a huge part.
Tazuna- Yes, Kirk Thornton can do Tazuna perfectly... Too bad we can't edit in a "Caution: I am a Boozer" hat for Tazuna...
Iruka- don't know the va.
Chouji- This'll actually be a stretch... I only recognize Eido from Zatch Bell, and he's a very different character than Chouji. But it might work.
Hokage- I don't recognize any specific voices, but I remember older people on the shows, so it should work.
Zabza- Much better than Kakashi for Blum.
Shikamaru- can't find the voice
