Um....May I just say...I watched a little of the dub today and I'm scarred for life by the black dude that's..apparently a woman. ...*shudder* x.x;

i was SO suprised that was left in... hmmm.... 4kids can be complelty random in there edits sometimes...
in all honsty i only watch one piece because of Sanji... speaking of anyone know were to find a sangi plushie i have a picture of one but...not a real one.. *cough*

It definately is a summer of bummer here, they'be been running baseball over the cartoons for like a month now. So again, I didn't see One Piece. Maybe I should be glad. I'm ignorant of all the horrible things they've been doing for a whole month! ;D I was just informed that they actually SKIPPED the whole LABOON story!! OK, I found it somewhat acceptable that they skipped Buggy's ministory, and Usopp's episode because of the guns and violence, but 4Kids just has no excuse whatsoever for this. That's where they MEET Mr. 9 and Miss Wednesday. Also, I've been told Miss Monday (the person that scarred Inu) actually sounded like a man - I totally predicted they would do that, but come on, stick with the source material for once. Miss Monday had a soft, feminine voice in Japanese. So I'm assuming they skipped the drinking contest too,and didn't turn it into a "juice drinking contest?"  OH, and Whiskey Peak turned into Misty Peak...well, at least it wasn't Juice Peak. XD And how did Miss Wednesday and Mr. 9 sound? |

Well, I missed todays dubs, because I was moving stuff over to my new house. But I'll download the episode from my sources and watch it later. I'll give my reports then.

Wait a minute...this I didn't catch before...they actually changed the whole plot so that Yassop gave Usopp the log pose??(or should I say, "grand compass"?) THAT...is just...WIERD. What kind of crack is 4Kids smoking anyway?
Again I ask...WHY?!!

This really IS the thread of evil.  It seems nothing is below 4Kids. I fear what else they'll warp entirely in the future. Oh, on a brighter note...Lovely mentioned plushies. I now have an Usopp and a Chopper plushie. ^_^ And action figures too. |

I guess they decided to make Igaram gay, give him a guy partner, and call her, Mr. Monday. (URGENT!!! Were any of the dub voices in this episode Dan Green? MUST KNOW!!!)
And Laboon turned into an iceburg?! WTF?!!?!?!!1one/?1/?
Oh, and most of the story in this recent dub episode 4kids seems to have pulled out of their ass, which I so tentatively call "The Crack of 4kids"...

Wait... so that black dude is a chick? *shudders* Yeah....in the Japanese version, like I said, she had a soft, high-pitched voice, and they way she is portrayed, I never would think she's a man, despite the body. Oh, so THAT'S what they did with it. I figured they'd just cut it out entirely. Yeah, it was a drinking contest. It was funny, I remember Miss Monday saying to Mr. 8 afterwards that they had to keep putting more and more alcohol into their drinks to knock them out. Of course. XD But what it's really famous for, as you might have guessed, is really good wine.  Haha...nice. What will the Crack of 4Kids produce next? Watch in horror next week to find out!
