Oh yes, we're american (no capitalization for a reason; I'm not proud of my country, haven't been since I was a little kid) and thus simply must be egomaniacs who think we know more than everyone else. Hellsing is relatively obscure, as bloody gothic anime goes. (I know far more people who've seen Darkloid Blues and Nightwalker than those who know more than the title of Hellsing.) There are a few people here who hadn't heard of Naruto. Before acting so superior, take a long look at yourself, Lobster. That is, if the mirror doesn't crack at the sight of you.
Rargh. I'm still ticked off by the fact that I didn't recognize Freeman as Ebisu. He was great. Rather a pity that his nosebleed at the Harem Jutsu was cut (yes I'm dropping the "no" now). I still heart Iruka's voice... and the site won't load for me! Can anyone with access to it tell me who it is that voices him?

resurie: dang those people need to chillax. dispite naruto's voice and the cut of nosebleeds, they did pretty well. i mean, they even have hinata sounding like true naruto style hinata!

D: ... Wow, it appears I really am the only one who likes the dub opening.  ;;;; : D Anyways...I wonder if Gus cared about them getting rid of Wind or not.... They had cool BGM in that part where Naruto knocked away Ebisu just as he was about to kill Iruka. Wow, Naruto's English VA did well with that, "I'll Kill you." line. I think Sakura's VA did really well with Inner Sakura, and made me laugh. Uh...lesse...Uhm.... I wonder if I should have been watching episode 2? : D;;;; |

Any way, i dont see why they had to cut out the nose bleeds,and icant wait to see how they handle saskue and the needles and zabuza and the weapons in his back.

Considering that they left in the big shuriken lodged in Iruka's back in episode 1, complete with a bloody wound, I don't think we'll have to worry too much about that Sasuke/needle scene. And my guess for the nosebleed edit was due to the AMOUNT of blood in each scene. Its like a friggin foutain in the original! Well, I was kinda expecting them to edit that so I'm not gonna complain. Oh, and one more thing I forgot to mention earlier, I like how they handled Naruto's mispronounciation of "chakra" to Konohamaru in episode 2. (Dub Naruto says "CATra", Japanese Naruto says "Chatora" which translates to "brown tiger") |

...i didnt get to see it because a branch fell in the parking lot and knocked our cable out... and ONLY our cable... its still out today if it wasn't for wine and harvest things would probably be moving faster...
