God damn that was a freakin good dub. Then, it ended, and I thought, "Generic Viz ending, not bad at all..." *next episode starts* ... *10 seconds later* WHAT THE F*CK IS THIS EDITED TO HELL SHIT?! *turns TV off in fear of brain turning numb with the dumbness that is the One Piece dub*
Kakashi's voice was friggin' good...

Well, "Believe it" is Viz's way of dubbing jap Naruto's "dattebayo". I guess it's supposed to be annoying, because Naruto saying "Dattebayo" all of the time annoyed Japanese people...

Another good episode this week!
I can only speculate on edits from here on, but it looks as though there was only ONE edit. And that would be a "not-as-bloody" Sasuke in the one scene where Sakura freaks out, faints, and is followed up by Kakashi saying "Hmmm....perhaps I overdid it?"
Also, "Make-out Paradise" IS "Make-out Paradise" BELEIVE IT! *shurikened*.
Still, I was originally predicting a less suggestive title change for the dub, but hey! Whaddya know?
And finally, the dub intro is starting to grow on me. Certianly better than the Zatch Bell intro, and do I really need to mention "ONE PIECE MOTHA f**kA ONE PIECE!!!"?

My little bro needs help.
We were watching Naruto and the begining came on and he ask me if this was a good beginning or not and I tell him that I have no idea how the original opening was.Anyway, then he says,"Yeah, well I still like the One Piece(dub) begining."

Anyway, good eppy.Very nice job with it.I thought I saw a little bit more blood then they cleaned up for the dub.

I'm a fan of rock music, so uh....
*whispers*I always kind of liked the dub Naruto opening. Specially the part where the guitar is going crazy ^^;. The singing voices aren't so hot though. I prefer the instrumentals ^^.*whispers*

He kept on complaining that he couldn't understand it since it was in Japanese.Kept on smacking him.XD

ha belive it or not, i was convinced that the opening was kept when i first watched it, then i saw that some other openings were spliced into it ^^;

and i did'nt really catch naruto saying "belive it" a lot until people metioned it >__>

Hum, that was a nice episode! It was, a bit sad that all the action was sort of, spanning over 20 seconds or so, but...*shrugs*
I, think they removed the point of impact of Naruto's kunai knife, considering how many times I've seen a picture that appears to depict that moment.
However, I think it was a good decision on the dubbing company's part to remove the point of impact, then keep in the rest of the blood, since if they kept the point of impact, they would most likely remove the spurt of blood, losing the realism the dub has been conveying so far. But, that's just my opinion. ^_^;

Wait, blade guy is Zabuza? I thought blade guy was Hiko...o-o;
Brige Builder has a good voice! : D

--- They have blood, and Kakashi getting diced but...no dramatic Naruto hand stabbiness? Oh well....
--- Alot of new voices sound really good.
--- Steven Blum = Zabuza! AWEXOMENESS! He definetly fits that character better than he would have as Kakashi.
