I agree. This arc is the best, followed closely by the Chunin Exams arc, followed by the most recent anime featured manga arc.

Huh. So I was wrong. And let me rephrase myself. Personally, I love this arc. It just seemed that, from what Id noticed... no one else does. ;_; Its prolly my second favorite arc, my first being either the chuunin exam, or the lets go find sasuke exam ((I found it incredibly annoying, but I'm a huge shikamaru fan, so... ^_^;  ) |

Well, I'm not saying I don't like the arc. In fact, I like the later chapters of this storyline, right now the show seems to be going kinda slow.
Can't wait to see Haku though... ^ ^

I've got to be the only person in the world who doesn't like Haku that much ._. . You're not alone. Great episode tonight, probably my favorited dubbed episode so far. Naruto only said "believe it" three times! And one was in a flashback, and the other was in the next ep. preview, sick! |

Yeah, I liked tonights episode a lot too. I don't know. I think the animation just looked really slick this time around, or... something... Yep, my belief that action just WORKS better in anime form than in manga is once again proven. That, and they didn't explain techniques in vivid detail for 5 minutes intervals this time around  . Finally, Naruto is incredibly cute when he opens his eyes.....BELIEVE IT. (sorry, couldn't resist .) |

Tonights episode:
I think this is my favorite episode of the Zabuza arc so far (haven't seen the original past episode 4).
I thought it was REALLY COOL that both Kakashi and Zabuza were actually saying the hand signs in Japanese (tatsu, ushi, jin, ee, ino~~whatever)
No senbon through the neck, eh, even a TV-PG show that has still shows blood needs some limitations I guess.
Haku; very nice voice, kinda sounds like its somewhere in between Jakotsu (Inuyasha) and Izumi (Fullmetal Alchemist) to me.
Only gripe: When did "kill", "die", and "death" become curse words? I mean, the euphimisims sound fine enough but still, I'd figure a few scenes here would use 'em.
Overall: I think this episode definetly marks where the Zabuza arc becomes alot more interesting, to me at least. ^_^

For some reason... I found that hand singnal scene really funny ^^; . I just kept imagining the song "The Macerana" playing in the background....
Oh, and I think the last word was "tori" ("bird").

Ashil, I believe all of the hand symbols are based on the Chinese zodiac, but don't quote me on this.
There's an upcoming episode that'll be fun to discuss with you guys, animation-wise. It's the Haku vs Naruto fight...the animation and storyboarding for the beginning of that episode is a major cut above what they normally do.

The hand signals were great last night and it was nice hearing them being said in Japanese I think it was.
Anywho,Kakashi looked cool yesterday and I was kinda squealing most of the eppy.^^;
