im surprised how well it came out in the end. lysergs voice doesnt suck *i still dont get why LEN has a british accent not LYSERG* and rio did develope a crush on lyserg, but then it stopped dramatically after trey pointed out lyserg was a dude...

Rio: we cant posisbly leave this damsel in distress!

then we altered it so at the end it said our friend ANDREA turned out to be a dude... bwahahahaha! *we sang it for her like, five times. she punched me....*
then we went back to singing the original

Well, i think Morphine (the name) is sorta english. I don't no why they have to change it, i mean really, its good the way it is... and when they change it they KNOW (meaning 4 kinds know) that there are going to be people upset with the change of names. Better to keep them as the original. Morphine's dub name is okay though, its not THAT bad, jsut that the original one is a bit better.

They changed it because it is a drug reference. (That's also why Lyserg's name has a change in pronunciation)

Ohhh, well, Chole is okay too i guess. Morphine to me sounds a little beter though. I thought the change when they took the marijuana leaves from Yoh's sheets were a GOOD change. The leaves don't look right on the sheets...

Originally pronouced, I think the characters pronounced it like Li-sehr-ruh-guh (but at first I used to pronounce it like Li-sel-guh, don't ask)

I believe you're right Magenta-chan. The "I" sound is short like in "it". I've heard Ryu say it in a clip I have, but there are no subtitles so I don't know if he said "Lyserg-kun", or just Lyserg with the "g" being exaggerated.

I guess so. It would have been easy too. I mean, the only reoccuring female characters with noticable breasts are what, Jun and Eliza? I might be forgetting some, because I'm dead.

Still that would have been sweet. I thought of the perfect dub name for Morhpin too, they could have called her Tinkerbelle. But I have a cousin who's named Chloe, so she likes it. Tinkerbelle is a damned cool name.

yeah but tinkerbell is already a copyrighted name. it would have sounded better if her name had been changed to an M name.
