Hey, I am sorry if this has been mentioned, I have been away for a few days. If not, hey, its news.
With the release of the GBA shaman king game, Chocolov seems to have been re-named "Joco".
So........Uhm, well personally, I like it. Well compared to what it COULD have been.... The way I see it, at least Joco sort of retaines the, uhm "feel" of Chocolov, in, as much way as I suppose is possible...
I guess Joco could also be related to "Jokes" *shrug*.....
Well, I guess thats all for now...

Is mic pronounced "Mike" or "Mick" I wonder?
I guess they could have done worse with ChocoLove. He could be named "Bob".
At least he is in the aime although I don't see how he could be removed.

Its pronounced 'Mick', although you never know what the dub might do.... Joco...  ....sounds like a breakfast cereal XD "Eat Jocos! part of your balanced breakfast!" ok I'll stop being a dork...I guess it's better than Bob..(even though Bob is a cool name..in resurie land...) The only problem I can see is when people would say it, Chocolove is three syllables, so the persons mouth *usually* moved three times. But Joco is only two syllables. So the dub might be adding some extra words in there... |

Basically all they did was cut off the "love". Choco and Joco sound pretty similar.

erm... im not sure if this would be a spoiler or not...but whatever..
He uses these..umm...claw things.. sorta like these metal nails he slips on...o_0....i cant explain it....erm...and for some reason his hair gets all 'static-like' and marking appear on his body out of nowhere...

You only get to see him attacking for a split second in northen lights so I was just wondering.
You can't quite see what it is, but I know he does not carry a weapon like Yoh or Ren.

Choco to Joko isn't a big change really. I wonder if they'll say "Joko Love" sometimes though ('cause not only would that work, but it also sort of makes sense.) Well, I can understand WHY they changed the name though, it could be considered borderline racially incensitive and all ^^; .
As a side note:
I actually already knew about his new name (apparently, some areas outside the U.S have been seeing the new dub episodes early.) I just liked hearing everyone's speculations ^o^ . That, and I wasn't POSITIVE about his name change, so I didn't say anything. Nice to know that kid wasn't lying to me ^_~ .
