I'm actually interested in that volume ONLY for my favorite episode. (#9: The Boy from the North)

HA! I loved that scene! But I would question this release, because Mr. Kahn tends to put out phony info...
Boroboro! (I've heard that phrase used more than once in other anime, it's really interesting to see what it's translated to, it can also translate to "in several pieces", like if one was talking to their enimy, and they said "I'm gonna beat you to a pulp." you would've most likely heard "boroboro" in there somewhere [/trivial information that you probably don't care about])

Well, considering that we know that 4Kids has interest in continuing their uncut DVDs, now would be a perfect time for CN to acquire uncut Shaman King and air it on Toonami <_<

ATTENTION:
Some things you all need to realise.
CD Universe is the ONLY site that has that release date posted. There has been NO official word on whether the DVD's will be re-started. This isn't the first time that CD Universe has posted a random date for the release of the series.
So in other words, I don't mean to bring you all down, but I myself am not convinced that the DVD is coming.

I think these online stores are just as confused as we are. Amazon.com has volumes three through five of Shaman King listed for sale on DVD too, but they said at their site that Shaman King volume five is supposed to come out on January 1, 2010. o.O I think the site is still confused if 4Kids is going to continue this release or not, so they might still list these DVDs as coming soon and have the release date be the date that can be furthest away as possible until an actual date has been confirmed, which it probably never will be at this rate. Has 4Kids not contacted these online stores yet to inform them that their uncut DVDs have been cancelled or what? And I just noticed that CDUniverse.com has volume four of Shaman King listed under the category "rock". What the hell? o.O

Earlier this week, I was going through some anime intros (long story, school-related) and YGO uncut volume 3 loaded with a preview for Mankin uncut volume 3... Man, did I mutter some things about it.
