After the ambigous ending to 4Kraps' version of Shaman King, I wondered who would have become Shaman King. Would it have been Yoh, of course nothing would ever get done since everyone would be lazying around? Or would it be Ryu, who'd see that everyone would find their happy place? Or would it have been Manta  *gets hit in the head*?! What do you guys think? Who would you have liked to become Shaman King and why? Personally... I'm torn between Ryu and Horo-Horo. I like the idea of finding your "happy place", somewhere where you could belong... and I also want to see that our planet gets revived from the mess that it's been turned into. Okay, everyone... name your Shaman King!!! |

Seriously though, he'll get rid of all the stupid people. >> And he wants the world to be all...nature-ish. His goal isn't THAT bad, he just kind of went overboard with the killing everyone part. =D;;

I honestly agree with you, Resurie. I liked Hao's idea of the future. (except for killing all of the humans) And, I secretly would not have wanted Yoh to become Shaman King.

I have to agree with res and Renna. It seems to me that Yoh is too absent-minded to become Shaman King. Not to mention the fact that he's lazy.
I'm torn between Hao and Ren. Hao, because of his idea to make the world all...nice and stuff., and Ren, because his 'clease the world of evil' idea is good, too. I like them both. Plus, both of them would make pretty good leaders. They would actually do something if something was wrong. Yoh would sleep through it. XD

i mean his goal is very non-world altering...we should figure things out fior our selves we mad the mess we clean it up...
but anyway a non world altering dream in nice and well comforting...
then again maybe raising the dead is wourld altering but at least its all romanticy...
dang i am SO blinded my obsession right now...

Uhm, Hao's got a nice vision, but... well, I'm human, and I'd rather not die just yet...
...I'd probably hafta say Pino. He's known both the good and bad sides of people, he's been through a lot. He'd be able to make good descisions and all. Plus, he's Irish *shot*

I would like Ryu to be Shaman King and it's not because I'm his fan-girl!>P
I would like to be at ease with myself and find a place where I truly belong because I haven't found it yet.
That and if he was looking for a queen to rule with...I would gladly be in the market and take it....>3

psh, anna would pwn as shaman queen. *is shot* meh, but if its out of the contestants....id say hao or yoh.
haos rather ...um... devoted to his goal, but its still a good goal. actually, if i had to choose between ren and hao as shaman king, even though theyre very similar [except ren's saves more lives], id still go with hao. its just....ren's version is kinda....well look at it this way: if you rid the world of evil, youd either have to kill all the evil people or change the way they are and the way they think and what they do. haos the one who kills them, and rens the one that would probably change them by force. even so, id still go with hao. yes, i know it sounds strange, but thats the way i look at things. >.>;;
now, onto yoh. yes, yoh is rather calm and absent-minded, but who ever said that was a negative? in fact, being calm in a stressful situation is one of the biggest advantages out there. and besides, yoh can probably be serious if he really needed to. plus, hes not the type who jumps to conclusions and automatically jumps to one side of the argument but instead tries to come up with a solution that helps all sides.

As I much as I love-hate the idiot, I know Marco would probably ruin everything for everybody else on Earth, give or take killing Hao. Which is give, in his case. However, that's not to say that I'd like for Hao to become Shaman King.... Quite the opposite, I honestly hate his 'Third Reich' type of thinking. Not literally, silly--figuratively. With the whole mind set of 'non-powerful shamans and um, everybody else left' must die. Well, you get it.
I think Ryu has his priorities straight as far as nice, humanistic ideals for, uh, humanity goes. So I vote for Ryu. Finding a Happy Place just sounds nice.

I still rank Hao as my first choice (and if I weren't human I wouldn't alter his views) but I'm leaning toward Ryu and Ren as my second and third choices, respectively. (I guess if Hao dies and needs a successor) Drave and RyuLover67 are right: The Happy Place is ideal, and it would be nice to change the "evil" people of the world without having to kill them. Although I admire Yoh's calm nature and loyalty, his laziness bothers me. I'm sure he could be serious when the situation would call for it, but I would rather he sit on the side and assist. (This post doesn't make any sense to me. I should get some rest. Brain is fried. Hope you get my point. If I try to rewrite it, my head will start to hurt. *bricked*) |
