Oh yeah! i forgot about that! mitsukai said in the original, when Ryu turned to stone, their all like "He's hardened again.." and then Chocolove's like, "yeah, his dick is hard" XD;;; I thought they handled it pretty well though.
See I didn't hear the dub joke for some odd reason so i don't know what he said.I wish i did.
But still...the original joke.....oh gawd....XD;;;

Holy crap, the dub handles that joke, REALLY well, especially considering what happened afterwords with Ren and Horo beating on him. That is amazing! Wow....I can't believe they...heheh, little kids will never know.....

I am extremely angered right now.
Due to the fact that I slept till 12:30, I missed it at 11:30. So I decided I'd catch the 2:30 one on Fox West. Well, I was going to go watch One Piece, because there's nothing else on at 2:00 and what is Fox West playing?! AUTO RACING! I missed the season finale because of gosh darn Nascar! Argh!

For some reason that gun popping out made me laugh. Oh, and it's spelled Meena. So it's at least clost to the original.((I know this 'cause I have Closed Captions. But oddly enough in the Boris episode part 2, The CC says Meene.  ))

Syrup covered donuts hole anyone? Ha ha, I heard it! Thanks to Cardcaptor Sakura, I yelled out 'takoyaki!' at that... getting me a weird look from my dad. ^-^; Man, Ryu was really freaking out about Lyserg, if not for here and thus knowing about Ryu's obsession with Lyserg, I would have been even more disturbed by it. I mean, whoa. oO; I guess I was hoping the same thing Yoh was, that Lyserg wasn't really on the X-Law's side for good. I find myself agreeing with Yoh on most things... I like how Trey said that stuff about Len. It kinda sounded like 'Hey, you were broke until we fixed & kept you.' It's disappointing that they couldn't do the same for Lyserg, although, it feels as if something is going to happen with him. And poor Fudoh! I wasn't expecting to see him again, but there he was and I was enjoying his presence and then... boom Zeke happened... the poor boy. Just when he was enjoying life again. And I missed a few minutes near the end... apparently the scene where the Iron Maiden gave the little gun to Lyserg, I only saw Marco hand it to him... I'm ashamed to say I was channel surfing during the commercial break and didn't make it back in time. |

First, huge huge apologies for just disappearing like that, some personal matters came up. I know I messed up the RPG for two people and I really am sorry. Now back to my rant. Today's episode kinda scared me a bit. First of all, Lyserg's new angel was called Zalel. That sounds disturbingly close to the way you say the word garbage in Hebrew. (Zevel) Unless it's the name of some angel which I am not aware of (I'll be asking my Hebrew teacher come Monday), it's a really really strange name. I tried to write it out in Hebrew. It can come out to mean- Zalel-To lavish or spend in God  It also means to be a glutton. Not the best meaning for an angel. Zolel-the cheapness of God  That's even worse, if possible! Tzelel-the shade of God  I can live with that. Hao's killing of Fudo was really violent. That gives me hope that the final episodes will be shown. I am really sad Shaman King is ending, it;s one of the best animes I've seen, with well-rounded and original characters. Yoh grew up a lot. He goes from the belief that everyone is good into facing true evil. I enjoy his character development here. As much I hated Lyserg, I see him a lot like Inspectour Javert in Les Miserables. He is devoted to a cause and can't see the gray areas. The way he treated Chloe annoyed me terribly. That has been his only family. Ryu's attachment to Lyserg borders on creepy. I have nothing against homosexual unions, but Lyserg just reminds me so much of a girl I knew. She had family problems and she was a very intense girl who liked to read and had a hard time making friends. She had no father and she really was very lonely. One of the teachers in her school took her under his wing just like Ryu did. He also took advantage of the girl's naivity, youth, pain and lonliness to try and sexually abuse her. I don't think Ryu is that sinister but I mean, Ryu gets sexual pleasure from Lyserg, his deepest wish to take a bath with him and Chocolove hints that he gets aroused by him. How old is Ryu supposed to be? This borders on pedaphelia. I didn't like Meene's new voice, it sounded like she was taking the truth serum. I'll be in and out till finals are out! |

Now... I have a couple of months to work on these last 4 comparisons. Muwahaha.... I am not sure if its true but i read that shaman king will be back in 3 weeks i will need to check. I'm not sure if it was in the original but i loved what Horohoro said to Chocolove about Lyserg Horohoro-you'll like him he has no sense of humor |

 One of my favorite x-laws... Meene... Meene WHY GOD WHY!!! What's wrong with the name Meene... ;_; The like I have of Marco was tested as I yelled at the TV screen... XD I still like Marco XD A funnel... a funnel >_< rawr!! The series is crule enough to Lyserg... ;-;... now he can't even have a gun! >_> my angry inner fangirl is not pleased. *sigh* I guess it could have been worse. Funny, after shaman king was over... the local TV station played Scream 1 (R rated movie after line up aimed at kids!) XD and it was sponsored by... children’s Benodroy |
