I didn't know we were getting a new episode this past Saturday, boy was I pleased.

I just don't get why the color the friggin pots and spatulas. Metal = baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad

I too found that odd. It was way too obvious too. My wife even pointed it out before me.

You get the idea.... I didn't like how they called Kuro's attack "The cat out of the bag" attack! Could we possibly make it any longer and any more retarded?

hey the show needs its gimmicks like in pokemon Meowth frequently uses cat phrases and stuff...<forgets all of them>

I overslept during the show.How did they edit Kuro nearly killing his crew,especially with all the blood?

The original name of Kuro's attack is "Shakushi".

They didn't edit too much, except of course they took out all the spurts of blood as they were sliced. My biggest complaint of that episode was that that killed a really important line. Luffy originally said to Kuro: "I will never become...a man like you." which is a profound, character defining statement, and they changed it to "I've known real captains, and you're not one of them.", which basically amounts to nothing more than a silly insult.

So they change a profound statement to something crappy?

And this is different from everything else they did to this show HOW?

It's just like 4kids to "Usoppify" all of the character development.

I still love that word: Usoppify ;D

During today's episode what I found really stupid was that "Who's the Baddest Pirate" thing.You only got a choice of either Alvida,Buggy,or Kuro.If they think they're bad,there are far worse enemy pirates in future episodes.

Well, you have to keep in mind that most kids have never heard of these animes and as far as they know they weren't dubbed or edited and they are really cool. I remember a happier time when I watched Digimon season one and I thought it was awesome. I still do actually, but anyway I didn't realize the anime underground until after I started watching season three and other animes started popping up. I knew they were from Japan, but I didn't know about the edits.

Anyway, my point is, the unknowing public wouldn't knwo what to make of Don Krieg or other pirates that show up later.

I saw that. I laughed when they gave the description for Kuro. XD And I think they showed something of his that annoyed Jr. in the past. X3

Oh well, my wife always laughs when they show the shoes and his glasses because she knows how annoyed I get.

I already did my rant on the epside at the One Piece uncensored board. Apparently 4Kids thinks tears are bad and must be edited. ;D
