Nami actually does a full frontal flash for the entire crew in one episode, but with her back towards the "camera" (sorry,you pervies). I will no longer watch this show!! XD j/k Me: Hmm his enemies stained his boots red huh? What?! Did they take his boots and dye them out of respect? Other me:No moron they were stained from the blood of his enemies. Me: OH! I'm suprised they left that part in!! |

Lol. I've been shown that before, and I thought it was pretty good. ;D The whole Zolo/Zoro thing is fairly silly in my opinion. I mean, as far as name translations, the letters "L" and "R" don't exist in the Japanese language. Since they are both the same sound in Japanese, either name translation would be accurate(Though, I'm fairly certain that the original was meant to be Zoro[what kind of name is Zolo, anyway?]).  |

That's bunk. Someone looked this up and there is no copywright for the name. Also, someone emailed a 4Kids representitive, and she said they could have used Zoro but they'd just have to wait a couple of months longer.

Ugh..why does 4kids think it's a good idea to give really cool characters really bad dub accents?!><
Everytime, I heard HawkEye today, i kept on thinking of Mouiser Cheeks from Ultimate Muscle.I swear I did! It was bad.
Also, I saw the preview of next week's OP and they made Pearl a..surfer dude 0_o;?
Okay, they really need help over at 4kids right now(dubbing really great anime that turns out really bad and mental health)

Ugh...tell me about. >_< Mihawk is French? What the hell? They censored the Mihawk/ZoLo fight big time. I'm making some uncensored clips right now.  Censoring that fight really sucked all the passion out of it. It was just terrible. And the dialogue was stupid too. They turned all this deep dialogue into a name calling-fest. (Zoro calling Mihawk a loser? Right.) They also changed Mihawk's sword and dagger. His sword was made smaller (guess it looked too much like a cross) and his dagger WAS a cross. (Oh no, a cross! Kid's shouldn't see that!)   BTW, oops, Nami changing was in THIS episode, and they left it in. Funny, that. ;D I don't even want to see the Pearl episode. Even in the original version, he annoyed the crap out of me. "Surfer Dude" Pearl might just be more than I can bear. |

Shame, the Mihawk fight is what changed caused me to totally LOVE One Piece. Ah well. Not like I watch the dub anyways . Here is some Zoro art from the creators of the web comic VG Cats. ZoroXD bwahaa... a mixture of Zoro's personality and bitternes in general I think ^.^ . |

So...Zoro got his shirt cut, and nothing else, in the dub. I wasn't expecting ALL the blood of the wound to be left in, but leaving NONE of it in? Come to think of it...
If people who get hurt in 4Kids' dubs never bleed or die, doesn't that send the wrong message to kids? According to 4Kids' logic, that should make little kids think that hurting people is OK since they never really get hurt or die from it. Dubbers are strange people.
