Ah, yeah, that was a good moment. I really fear who (out of 4kids infinte pool of voice actors... all 5 of 'em) they will make as the voice of Igaram, I also fear Croc's voice, and Vivi's voice, who they probably will re-translate to B.B., or something to that effect. But still, they might all have british accents, so beware of "Len's" extended One Piece family...

Mr. 9 SHOULD have a British accent. He should totally be Austin Powers. ;D I'm not too worried about Vivi, most of the young women come out pretty well. She might just be mildly annoying. We should find out by next episode, though!

Haha, that's a great sentence. Eric Stewart wouldn't be bad...except that would only increase the obvious Team Rocket satire already present with the two.

Whiskey Peak will be changed to Sugar Peak, Vivi will be british, the bounty hunters of Sugar Peak will be put to sleep by ZoLo, Crocodile will sound like the Godfather, Mr. 5 will sound like the dub version of Cocolove, we're screwed.

Well, it's 4kids, so I really wouldn't be surprised if they did use the same VAs as Team Rocket. They're lazy and cheap.

EDIT after reading Sanji's post: Well, Mr. 5 will be... well... white, and Mr. 2 will be omitted completely, and Mr. 3 will have an annoying Usopp dub voice, only deeper...

I'll be really surprised if they change Mr. 5's skin color. I think that random guy was only changed because he has the look of one of those old racist cartoon characters.

I think it was because that guy was the only black guy on the crew, making him look like a slave. Good going 4kids, because he sure as hell looked like he was picking cotton from the fields. (I'm sorry if that offends anybody.)

I'm two-sided on this issue. Personally, I hate those who get offended for other people (for instance, Caucasians who go "Oh, that's racist", when a Negro, for lack of better terms, doesn't say anything about it).

I think that a "pilot" of Mr. 5 should be shown first, the if people find him racist- No, wait, if Negros, again for lack of better terms, find him racist- then he can be changed, like Mammy Two Shoes off of Tom and Jerry.

Like Sanji, I also apologise if my wording did offend people.

I doubt they'd take the time and effort to do that. I'm more simple - just keep it the way it is. Mr. 5 is cool. If he didn't pick his nose all the time, he'd be hot. If people have a problem with a black guy being a villain, tough noogies. Just lightening his skin wouldn't really do much, he's got other African-American features (the lips and nose, dreadlocks)
