Yugioh GX dubbed names.....(beware)

Okay ive hated 4 kids for a long time. But this....this...is going too far. As you may, or may not know, i am a huge Yu-gi-oh fan.

Well these are the original names of the characters from yugioh GX:

- Marufuji Ryo
- Maeda Hayato
- Manjyome Jun

And in the same order, these are the newly revealed dub names: (do not read if you have a weak stomach.....)

- Alexis Rhodes
- Bastion Misawa
- Syrus Truesdale
- Zane Truesdale
- Chumley Huffington
- Chazz Princeton
- Dr. Vellian Crowler

Anyways, sorry i had to put you all through that. I just thought that any Yugioh fans here, might like to know.

It says at the bottom of the site that all names and locations are subject to change.....but i wouldn't get your hopes up....

I've never been a GX fan, only a fan of the original. But these names...wow. Some of them are really bad. Like Syrus. >>;;

...If you go to www.yugioh.com/gx.php and look on 'Chazz Princeton's' profile, you'll see that the last word is Judai. Shouldn't it be 'Jaden?' XD

Well look at what we have now, I'm telling you, not as a crazy otaku, but as a long time cartoon fan and an aspiring cartoonist, 4Kids are dickheads when it comes to respecting cartoons.

What the heck? Those names are seem so far from the originals. And I apologize if I offend anyone, but do those names seem kind of British or Australian, or is it just me? I do not know, but I have a feeling at least three of the main characters end up with the stereotypical British or Australian accent.

And for a random question, does it seem like they would use the VAs that do Luffy and Nami for Judai and Asuka?

First, let me just grieve excessively over Manjyome Thunder's changed name. CHAZZ?! Now I am very sure that he will get the "Lenny"/"Noa" voice.

I used to have a list of my predicted voices from the dub, and I think most of them have become confirmed kills.

On another note: BASTION?! I never heard that used as a person's name. In fact, the only time I have heard it was as another word for a fortress, or a part of a fortress.

4Kids always thinks of names out of the random, but these names... I've never heard of. I even wonder if anyone has these names. Sorry if I offend anyone...
