Thanks for the support Lovely! It is strange now that my son is going to be 7 this fall (good lord 7 already? @_@ ) I have to really watch the things that are on TV. I don't let him watch the yugioh dub anymore.
I used to let him but then he started running around with the other kids saying that he was stealing their souls and sending them to the Shadow Realm!
That's when I said, "Okay! No more Yugioh for you!" XD It was agood thing too, because that anime got pretty dark even by 4kids standards after Battle City ended!
He loves Mew Mew Power though! That show is about as much fluff as Pokemon though. He just likes it when Ichigo spazzes out! XD

Tell me about it, I've only been reading the new manga as far as the series goes.
Once (if it ever happens in the future) an uncut box set is out, I might consider going back to the anime.

I'm certain the AE arc doesn't focus so much on the duels (I'm not certain, I haven't watched AE yet) if you can't stand the others...and Battle City was kind of lame, but Doma's a lot better (I expect the KC Cup to suck, though)! YGO is NOT stupid. It's definitely not as dumb as Tokyo Mew Mew. *shot* Besides, I mostly watch YGO for Kaiba. And Dartz. Yami Bakura is cool, too, but he doesn't show up in Doma...>_> If I had a kid, I'd limit him/her from watching Winx Club and Totally Spies. To me, at least, those shows are more offensive than YGO. I remember when I use to watch Pokemon. The people on my mom's side of the family are super-religious Christians. @.@ I was just a kid, so I was so confused. I still find it hard to believe Pokemon is satanic. They use to think Sailor Moon was, too. O.o;; I'm surprised there wasn't many complaints about Digimon. If anyone remembers, the last few episodes of the first season talked about a "prophecy" and Yamato's dad said "666". ... Now that I think of it, that was actually a pretty good dub. Meh... my mom doesn't care about the manga/anime I read/watch unless it has sex and very strong language in it. I usually look at the rating and flip through a manga and tell my mom before I buy it.
Furu: "Mooom, there was this manga and I wanted it. I read the preview online and I thought it was interesting, but it said rated M for Mature. It didn't even give a reason why it was rated that!" @.@
My mom: "I'm sorry... ^^;"
I would have flipped through it, but I was with my friends and the store was hot and we were close to dying. XD Hmm... we should show those soccor moms and super Christians (my Nanny XD) "Saiyuki"! XD! And I read those articles. That's just so... stupid. It's just a show, just a game. Children are easily influenced, so they're gonna act like the characters or think they are one. They'll stop eventually. ^^; Meh... ::goes to a soccor game with a portable DVD player and Saiyuki DVD:: XD

I think it's mostly infact cause kids aren't talking about it 24/7 and making their parents spend money in tcg and shit.
